Not a major issue but thought i would report it , when checking the IP's , the Account confirmation IP relates to misc/ip-info?ip=xx.xx.xxx.xxx/ which results in a link to an error page , the others relate to misc/ip-info?ip=xx.xx.xxx.xxx which correctly links you to whatismyipaddress.com , so it seems the / on Account Confirmation IP is causing the issue.

On my rc3 instance, and a fresh install on dev area, there's no / at the end.
Did you customize your .htaccess perhaps?
