I suspect one of those add-ons is involved.

There were no significant changes to the code from 2.9 to 2.10 and we have had no other reports of slow down or other issues.

Disabling those add-ons should confirm that.

There's no need to do that.

Just disable the add-ons if you want to keep them installed for use later.

Otherwise uninstall them, which should remove the add-on and any associated data.

Do an XF to XF import but it's unnecessary.

The easiest thing to do would be to just disable all the installed addons and check the speed of the forum. If it is back to normal then the cause is one of those addons not be compatible to the new version. Enable the addons one by one until you find the one that causes it to slow down. Then contact the maker of the addon for support and an updated version of it.
