Fixed romanizeUrls and includeEmojiInTitles are slows down the site a lot

Before upgrading to version 2.3, my site was running smoothly. However, after upgrading, the page opening speed was slow. I thought the problem was caused by plugins, but when (romanizeUrls and includeEmojiInTitles to text) is activated, the site slows down extremely.
