Lack of interest Site News & Update Emails on Privacy menu

I'd like to suggest that "Receive news and update emails" should be a Preference, and not Privacy item. Receiving emails from a site is not a privacy issue (my privacy is not being compromised or dealt with in any way here), it's more of a preference. Do I want to receive such communications, or not?

Thoughts?

It is actually listed in Preferences as well as Account details already. Are you suggesting just removing it from the Privacy section?

Oh! Heh, I didn't realize that. Thank you for pointing it out. Yeah, I'm not sure why it needs to be in two places, but at least it's in the right place.
