XF 2.2 Site issues

Today, one of my forums was having issues. First it was a 502 page. Then it came back again. Then it was loading very slowly - particularly, graphics. Then a host error (connection between cloudflare and server). So contacted the server to check their end - but what was odd is my other two forums didn't have any issues. Normally if it's the server, they all have the same issue.

They came up with this and said I needed to ask about it here. Something to do with I/O. A script causing a spike in IOPS usage. Of course they then suggested upgrading the plan to a more expensive Cloud plan!

Any ideas what it's about please? This is the screenshot they gave me re the issue. Site seems ok now but it's been on and off.

Are you using an add-on to create fake online members? I noticed that many of them have an outdated online date, such as April 2024. Please try disabling that add-on.

Their support team used to be quite good but it was just an AI bot giving me info at first until I asked to speak to a real person!

Is this Hostinger, if I may ask?!

@Alvin63 What plugin do you use in your forum for guest view limit? How does it behave with Google indexing the site?

It's Wu-times limited guest viewing. Guests get a few looks then get asked to sign up - and they do sign up because there's a very interesting home page they want to read with a lot of articles. Doesn't mean they all post though! I've no idea how it behaves with google indexing the site but I've never had any issues with that. I've currently got four google bots and a google adsense bot viewing and the forum comes up a lot on google.
