Site Access Times Out

I want to throw this out to the group for suggestions. Our site, cabinet-vision.org has some members reporting that they are no longer able to access the site from work. The three who have reported the issue are the IT department or have asked if the site is being blocked. All report, negative.

The IP addresses of two of the folks have been sent to the host to see if for some reason the IPs are being blocked and the answer is no. Any suggestions as to where to look next for a culprit? I am wondering how many folks are experiencing issues but haven't reported it.

They may still be being blocked and the IT not really realize it. Some devices allow subscription services to control access to categories of sites.
