Simple Forms [Paid] [Deleted]

@LP-John - Last few days I get several Server error messages on day bases like this one below. Mod is installed, but recently I do not have any simple form available, and if I understand this error, it created when user click on tab link Forms

An email was sent out to all active clients with a fix. Simply download the latest copy of Simple Forms and overwrite it (you don't have to the actual addon - xml file). You should be all set after that.

Change their form submission? No, it's not possible aside from editing their created thread, conversation or post. They can't modify an email already sent and the edit responses section is only for admins.

Just upgraded to xF 1.3 today, and then upgraded SimpleForms to 2.1.4.
I then uploaded the LicenseKey.php file sent via email.
Still getting the same error as above, undefined index : status. I started tracing the code back, but got lost
Edit : It's line 226 btw. As a temporary workaround I've added a line to give status a manually set value of Invalid for the moment to keep it working.

Having alot of HTML conflicts with modifying the forms.
1). If you created a drop down menu for a person to select, how do you adjust the code so it's the drop down is moved to the left side? Standard HTML not working.
2). Is there a way to put a border box around the code if you make a drop down menu a box is created?

I really do apologize, but I don't want to get into the habit of providing CSS to clients since it sparks more requests for visual enhancements. I will say, anything is possible depending on your level of CSS knowledge...but keep in mind your mobile users. What will it look like for them? Probably not too good.
The current form CSS we're using is the standard for all XenForo-based forms and they have the necessary breakpoints established. Once you begin playing with moving things next to each other, you're going to have to test each one of those breakpoints to ensure they look good for non-desktop users.

Did you receive the email about the LicenseKey.php fix? It was sent out a few days ago. If not, you can login to the client area and re-download Simple Forms 2.1.4 to have that error go away.

Looks like the issue is fixed and the errors are gone.
However I am still unable to edit my forms:
