Simple Forms [Paid] [Deleted]

I can't seem to get attachments working when making a form create a New Thread. It's enabled, but in the form it's not an option.

Bought a license for this, and am looking forward for when I have sufficient spare time to start playing around with it :)
 
Just some suggestions I would like to say. And if you made it so people would have to pay for a upgrage package to buy these features I could not care less you deserve all the money for the forms add-on

1. A option to turn the description text into a ? help button next to the field and when someone clicks the button it displays the description like on adobe forms.

2. A option to insert text box's without requiring to insert a field.

3. being able to upload a attachment field where users can upload a attachment in the form

4. A rating scale feature so people could select options in a table for example Do you like forms - Strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree. If your still not sure what I'm on about it's with adobe's forms just look for rating scale

5. A page break field where you could add it then the form will go onto two pages then adding a new page break will go onto three pages.. etc..

  1. We could potentially add an option where we can enable tooltips so when you hover over the name of the field it shows the tooltip. You can then use CSS to add a "?" icon next to each field title.
  2. Can you explain this further?
  3. You can upload attachments currently. It has been a features since 1.1. Simply enable it in your destination options.
  4. We will look into adding more types of fields in the future.
  5. Field grouping has been a thought for a while, but is currently on the back-burner until we nail down field conditionals.

2. Simply just a text field to add a text box since I was trying to create one with the description for one of the fields but I wanted it to be above all fields and stand out as in being able to colour the text and use bbcode with it like the text box you get when posting in a thread.

And about the uploading attachments field I mean a field that you upload where you allow people filling the form to upload a attachment

Also how would you make it so it sends a email to the user after they have completed a certain form? I put in the destinations folder to send a email to {name} with the field info they added and some extra information but the form just says this when I try to use it: Line 1: Template syntax error.

Template fields are just as the name suggests, templated fields. Essentially if you have a field you always create but don't want it to be global you can set it up as a template field and add it to every form you want it to go to. Makes it easier.

Global fields are a set field that you create that is used on multiple forms. The data supplied in the global field (typically good for select menus and radios select groups) is constant. So if you change it in the global field it is changed on EVERY form at once. Basically synced.

Template fields have the same general function but the data is NOT synced. They are essentially good for quick creation. For instance, you always make an email field for all your forms. You can make an "email" template field for quick and easy creation of an email field for your form.

A request, can we have a system where user can add duplicates of a field.
Eg:
A form that has phone number filed.
By default only one field is shown id being {phone_number_1}
Now the user can click on a "+" next to this field to add another phone number field, it will automatically increment the field id so it is {phone_number_2}
At the time of the form creation the admin can have an option to allow multiple instances of the given field and set a limit as well.

We like to have a central location on our site for all feature requests. It more than likely will not be included until 2.1. We are currently doing bug fixes for 2.0 at the moment.
