Since Aug 31 LinkedIn dropped the scopes r_lightprofile and r_emailadress for SignIn with LinkedIn logins.
They now have Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect and updated their scopes for OpenID connection.

Is there any news on this yet? Due to the development of 2.3 probably not a priority at the moment.

Company verified, check.
Correct redirect "connected_account.php" entered, check.
Pull up LinkedIn account, check.

Finalize login, fails.
