XF 1.5 Sidebar Block-Not showing the correct Display Order

I have some issues with my sidebarblock

I set the display order, but its not paying any attention to it.
I even set it to 50, but it is still up there and wont budge an inch

You appear to be using an add on, maybe Widget Framework, to display and order sidebar blocks.

You should post in the resource discussion thread for further support.
