Just noticed when I viewed the What's New page that if there are no threads, it displays "Showing threads 1 to 1 of 1"...unless, of course, this is due to a new thread from someone I have on ignore. Either way, should be corrected :)

Just to verify...it is someone I ignore.

It'd be rather funny if it was you and he didn't see your post :D

It's happening for What's new and the "normal search" and if there are more results as should be shown on page 1, you'll see also the pagination:D

It's strange but i can live with this

So should search be modified to exclude ignored content?

This adds a whole new level of mystery to your site!

I think so. I certainly am not searching for things posted by people on my ignore list :)

Ah, I did notice this the other day, actually. It's very strange and I think it will confuse members.

This is partially as designed - you can't really do much about it in some circumstances.

However, I've changed new threads to not try to fetch threads by ignored users. (And the automatic forum read checks ignore threads started by ignored users too.)
