My only feedback, really, is that it seems a bit feminine for an admin forum (flower status icons and flower in the logo).
Other than that, I like it very much.

Changed the colour scheme slightly, question; is the category strip background colour too dark ? www.SpeakTHAT.com

On which style? TBH, I prefer the green Flexile style above all the others.

If you want to keep such a dark theme then you should get rid of the bright white header. Its distracting.
Other than that it looks fine.

A forum build a-side of my portfolio page to give users a place to discuss and show their work of modifications, maps and other stuff for games that provide you with their tools such as Source Engine and UDK. It's really a small place users can discuss at any length to get help, criticize and ideas to make fantastic pieces of art.

XenForo is my first paid for forum (I usually use free-forum software) and it really brings out the flexibility to give users a place to talk by giving you eye popping styles.
