Looks like you need to add some Meta Tags because that vBadvanced script pulls them automatically and did not pull any from your code, maybe they need to be added in your ACP if XF has those fields.

I thought it would be nice to form a list of sites that will be launching with xenForo within the first week. Perhaps we can gather ideas from each other, see what works best, and maybe even join sites that interest us.

Which background image are you talking about? Is it the header? It's not a background image, just a bigger image which fits right across, instead of using a logo.

I'm not planning on releasing the skin sorry. Although it wouldn't be hard to copy since it's just black colours with darker gradients.

The javascript countdown is the one coded by Robert Hashemian. I then just use css to style it (background image).

I like your logo text style, looks nice. But I would loose the word "Beta" in it at the top so you can move it a touch higher away from the forum. The sub heading text is a too close at the bottom

Removing the beta wouldn't make the logo smaller because the dot in the "i" in "curious" extends to the top of the image. You were right though, the subheading was too close to the bottom. I added a bit more padding to the bottom

That looks better, I'd be tempted though to add another 2px padding to bottom and see what you think.

I'm about to launch mine this week - two of them. Haven't had the time to put too much into the entire site but, for now, it will be Xenforo only and it will work due to the nature of the domains. I think these are the kinds of topics which are perfect for Xen to be Zen...
