Right now you just get a blank page but this should behave as with threads and posts and you should be presented a link to show ignored content.

You shouldn't have to unignore someones posts to see any resources that they might have.

Do you mean on an ignored member's profile when clicking the Resources tab?

If so, that's a bug and the thread can be moved to the bugs forum.

If that's the bug, then I've just fixed it - if you go to specifically view the resources of someone you ignore, they'll appear. (There's a link to show ignored content on the general resource lists, it just wasn't on the profile tab/author view page.)
