Not a bug "Show" button doesn't have a Moderator check in the Deleted Post Placeholder

Hello,

I don't know if this is a bug or if this is as designed, but I created a little code modification here:

And if you read the whole thread you'll soon find out the Show button has no moderator check by default which I think it should have because I'm probably not the only one who wants their users to see the Deleted Post Placeholder but doesn't want them to be able to review the post

This is the expected behavior - viewing a deleted placeholder and viewing the deleted post contents are the same permission. canInlineMod isn't really the correct permission to check - you'd have to split up permissions.
