XF 2.0 Show banned users in users list

If i ban users they automatically disappear from the users list. How can i disable this so that the users list contains also banned users?

Banned users can't appears in users directory because they are... banned.
Maybe you can create an user-group with any permission and move users you want to ban in it...

Yes but they can still be found when i search for them, and the postings are also still there. It's a little bit confusing that they are disappearing from the users list and are not included in the user count anymore, just even because they are banned.
