some one has obtained data that i think could harm my site and its users i am not sure what is is or how they got it i believe that ran a scan of some sort

It looks as if the user has gained server access and just posted server access logs. Change your passwords, verify you have no suspicious files on your server.

Whomever hacked your forum, as per your I got hacked topic, got hold of that data. As of this moment there is no known security issue(s) with xenforo. Did you do a thorough checkup of your server space and contacted your host to check the access logs?
