XF 2.1 Finally set up a dev site... Should I be worried?

After about 9 months, I finally got around to opening a dev site on dev.mysite.com which is on a different VPS and IP address from mysite.com.

Additionally, it's locked down with basic authentication access. Since XF can't access the site in its current state without the password to verify, if that's what it does, will this install lockdown or disable itself?

I'm seeing this in ACP. Should this notice just be ignored?

Yea, just ignore it. You should be allowed to have a test install as long as it's private and only for your staff.
