Duplicate Shadowban Thread

The term 'Shadowbanning' Users or Tachy goes to Coventry is known as an effective way to deal with problematic users. While in most cases warnings and bans can be used, in some cases shadowbanning is more effective tool. This suggestion is not about shadowbanning users, but something similar: Shadowbanning Threads.

Similarly, Shadowbanning would also be effective way to deal with problematic content.

It would work as follows: Thread tools would have a 'Shadowban' option.
When active it would make the thread visible only to participants and guests. It would be invisible to all other members.

That suggestion requests a shadowbanning of Members. I am requesting a shadowbanning of Threads. Not users.
