XF 1.1 Setting to show sidebar everywhere?

Hey guys, can someone point me in the direction where I can enable the sidebar to show up everywhere?

I have it show up on the main forum page but its not showing when your looking at the thread view or the message views.

Unfortunately it hasn't been updated in 5 years and doesn't work with php7
