XF 1.5 Server Errors since software update

I upgraded the Xenforos software a couple of days ago and since then have been getting numerous server errors.

This is the report its giving. Could anybody please help with this.

I have rebuilt all the caches etc.

I see reference to an add-on called ControlNoFollow, so it could be that.
