XF 1.5 Server Error Code

Hello, does anyone know what to do with it? Server is overloaded

The high load is likely what's causing this, rather than the other way around. You can see some discussion of what to tweak, though ideally you'd probably want to identify why so many processes are needed in the first place: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18680949/high-cpu-mod-fcgid-cant-apply-process-slot
