“Nickname/username/fictitious name/not your real name protection okay that's a new one in my years of running forums. Again, for most countries states and laws you CANT protect something that does not GAIN you anything or held any sort of fame. Do you run a NFP? Do you run a business with this name? When people greet you at your job do the coin you as *name*? Is *name* a business? How would being in the hall of fame or not being in it actually hurt you. - no fee.

Your only case would've been some sort of defamation by loosing out to other great players in a poll on a video game... that came on 2 years ago? Seriously... I've never heard of it.

Your name was removed because you annoyed the hell out of someone. Not because your fake lawyer and $200 protection fee scared us. I've dealt with court orders before and you by no means would have done anything that would've caused ANYONE on the site some sort of bill. First action would be for me to get some sort of official notice asking me to remove the name before further action is required. AND THAT'S IF YOUR Legal thing you got conned into buying actually covers the united states.

I did discourage him haha. He was posting this through the discouragement. And I actually deal with his sort on a weekly basis. He's normally this 'special' and has been banned in the past. He'll behave once he gets another ban, but this time... i had to share the lol.

He has a few more chances before I permanently ban him. I keep him around for game/site political reasons.
