XF 1.2 Sending mass emails

Greetings, I am trying to send a mass email to my users and it only registers 5 people when I push all usergroups... Please advise how this can be sorted?

Which criteria are you using?

I am a little confused by the system because I just want to send it to all users.

You will need to select the criteria accordingly, which depends how you have configured everything.

In a standard installation, the default settings should select all valid users.

My community is private so I manually add each user.
