XF 2.2 Force change of TOS approval without sending emails

Hi,

XF 2.2.15

I have old users in one of my forums. I want to change the TOS and the privacy text for that forum. I want to force the old users to accept the new TOS and new privacy text, before they can login successfully.

But I do not want to send them emails for this. How can I do this in XF without sending emails?

ACP > Communication, Force privacy policy agreement and Force terms and rules agreement.

On login would prompt them to be accepted.

Is it for sure, that no email is sent to the user if I activeate these 2 settings?
