XF 1.5 Sending group conversation to more than 7000 people

I am trying to send group conversation to more than 7000 people using XenForo on frontend and xenforo halt during the process and getting memory exhaust error server logs. Is there any better way to perform that action on frontend or is there any work around on this.

There is no expectation or design goal of sending a single conversation to this many people. Errors and timeouts may occur. I can't imagine being in a conversation like that -- it'd be like the standard company "reply-all" issue.

I presume you really want to send individual conversations, in which case, you can do so via the tools in the control panel.
