Duplicate Selective rel=nofollow link, based on Usergroup

@Chris D wrote a great add-on, I was wondering if this can make it as default feature in XenForo.
This should stop self-promoting links, right @Mike?
If is not too fancy coding, it will be great if we can have it in 1.4 release.

Quick reference to this unorthodox modification:

# sed -i 's|externalLink|externalLink" rel="nofollow|' /library/XenForo/Helper/String.php

Self promoting links are already prevented.

All non admin/moderators users are always nofollow on links they post.

My add on actually allows you to remove nofollow for some groups of people.

User group permissions for follow and nofollow have been suggested previously.

That is great, nofollow is already there.
