Seeking someone familiar with a server running on Ubuntu. It's also running Plesk, which is inaccessible due to the MySQL issue addressed below, as the control panel.

You must be able to restore/reinstall MySQL (many routes have already been taken to do this) so that it can start AND start it with the current databases there. If this is unable to happen, a snapshot can be restored where just the SQL must be recovered and able to be ported over to another Plesk instance (.sql dumps--mysqldump fails due to MySQL not being able to start).
