Part of our policy of diplomacy within my community is to ensure that two people have each other on ignore. While this isn't possible all of the time due to other people quoting sentences by the other person and folks seeing those quotes, even when they have that quoted person on ignore, it's still a useful step.
However, how do we know who actually has who on ignore? Could there be some way for a moderator to check, just to make sure? Or to forcibly add someone to their ignore list without a way to remove it?

By the way, if anyone is interested in writing a plugin for the "Force two users on ignore and make them unable to remove it," just to put out some feelers, .. would this be a difficult or impossible task?
