• Users with the appropriate permissions can see who is ignoring them by going to their account where a new section called Ignored has been added listing all those users who are ignoring them. They can filter the log and search also for users who are ignoring them.

On my forum, I am not technically as admin but a moderator. I function as the admin of the forum for all intents and purposes in its day to day operation but, e.g., I cannot see the admin log, only the moderator log.

I need to be able to see who is being ignored, by how many people, and be able to drill down to see who is ignoring someone. Does your add-on allow this? I specifically don't want a user to see who is ignoring them but I want to have access to that information.

To view the Ignored users log on the front end permissions must be set for your group from the Group permission section at the admin panel. Otherwise you won't be able to see it.

Yes, all of that is possible. At the Ignored users log you have a complete overview of who is ignoring whom. You can also search the logs based on users being ignored by whom as well as users that are doing the ignore. You can see all that in the attached screenshot.
