I posted about browsers suggesting to users that the site is unsafe before. I still get t from time to time.
Someone just sent me this today

Actually, there is still something to see here. Your site is not working. The https is not working. It's showing a certificate from Parallels Panel, valid from 11/18/13 to 11/18/14, which is why your users are getting the error.

Yep, if you aren't on SSL then you should be rewriting any inbound HTTPS connections to HTTP.
