How to select a secondary group in the criteria (notices) ?

It doesn't specifically target primary or secondary user groups.

But you can match the criteria based on user group:

Plus of course there is no need to target 'primary' and 'secondary' groups as such. Everyone should have Registered as their primary group and all other groups should be secondary groups.

Tested but don't work with secondary groups, work only witj primary groups.

I just tried and indeed, does it work, I understand nothing, I had to plant me somewhere.
