Second xenForo License

Am I correct in thinking that I need to buy xenForo ($140+$250 Branding Removal) a second time in order to use it on a second website?

Is there any discounts for previous owners of a license? Is there any official support for users that sell their license? And finally, is anyone actually selling a full brand free license?

Each purchase is only valid for 1 site, so if you have 2 active sites you need 2 licenses. Bulk discount kicks in on 3rd license.

Does the bulk discount also include if you purchase a license from a user or does it have to be from xenForo?

If you buy a second hand license, you wouldn't get any bulk discount on that, but I am not sure whether or not that would count towards any license you get after that.
