XF 2.0 Searching for one user and no results

Not sure if this is an addon issue or Xenforo. I am using register email addon and when trying to add one user it cannot find this one user but can find everyone else. Could this be a Xenforo issue or definitely the addon Waiting for addon author to reply also...
