Search suggestions are no longer functioning

In fact the whole search function seems to be broken. After putting in the words Conversation Essentials to the quick search I get referred to advanced search with error message saying serach cannot be completed.

Refreshing didn't help, same in different browsers but anyway it seems to fixed now, but concerning if somehow it is an intermittent issue

We were under a DDoS earlier briefly which caused some disruption. It was probably a side effect of that.
