Search forum nodes should support different content types

Search forums should not be restricted to only threads/thread types so as to help alleviate content fragmentation issues when using add-ons that add content types (Such as Bobs add-ons).

If you go to advanced search, you can search in those add-ons... but yes, the default search should also be able to search add-ons, especially since they are listed under advanced search options.

Just realized that the title was not completely clear; I specifically mean the node type search forum. It can only be used for threads, and no other content type.
