Let's say you have mods who can soft-delete resources, and someone else who should proof these resources before deleteting.
Let's say, that the one who deletes, wants to check this only one time in a month.
How we can show him all the deleted resources?

Only moderators with the relevant permissions can view deleted content.

It is not about viewing, it is about "searching".
Mod A can "soft delete", Mod B can "hard delete",
but Mod B checks only one time a month, so he needs an extern script now to see the links to the deleted resources for checking them.
