XF 1.3 Scroll to top

How would you have it so that the "Top" link in the footer scrolls you back to the top and you don't get the anchor in the url either.

An idea of what I'm talking about can be seen here http://spigotmc.org on their Top link in the footer.

Both have a button that appears to scroll back to the top. I want top link (Seen here http://i.imgur.com/JkQezxt.png) to scroll to the top. A live demo of what I'm looking for can been seen at http://spigotmc.org
with their top anchor link.

But if a user doesn't have or disabled javascript then it will not work while the one on Spigot is an anchor link like normal and it still works with javascript off.

If a user has javascript turned off then a fair bit of functionality in XenForo won't work either at all or as expected. So I'd suggest that you use that resource and encourage users to enable javascript. If they don't then that's their choice but they won't get the full functionality of the website.
