Fixed Saving draft as guest

If a guest user is given permission to create a thread, the save draft function doesn't seem to work. This seems to be the same in XF1.

Is this intended?

Yes it is. Saving a draft requires a user ID.

Thanks. If it's easier to do with the changes coming in XF2.1, might be worth removing the icon for guests.

Actually, I'm kind of surprised we show the icon at all, I think we should take another look at that. I presumed we were talking about the overall inability for drafts to be saved, not realising the editor icon was still showing.

Could be a target for 2.0.11 at least, we'll check it out.
