XF 1.2 Run deferred - need to keep clicking on "continue"

When I try to update to Xenforo 1.3. or when I try to upload a new add-on, it fails to install... I need to keep clicking on "continue", "go on with rebuilding" etc (see screenshots), it's really driving me crazy because it all worked fine before and now nothing seems to install correctly and it takes hours...

Other issues:
- When I try to edit user permissions, and click on update, it won't update
- I deleted an invite addon (https://xenforo.com/community/resources/friend-inviter-on-the-sidebar.1841/), now it doesn't show anymore in the "installed add-ons" section, but when you go to my website it's still there in the sidebar (when you select the Intrepid theme).

Can someone please help me out? @Jake Bunce maybe?

This would generally indicate that the files haven't been uploaded correct (JS files specifically) or there's a possible add-on conflict. Run the file health check to see how that comes out.

Also look at your browser's console for any JS error.

I ran the file health check: it says that there is a potential problem with js/xenforo/xenforo.js. The file doesn't show the expected content. I've uploaded the new file through ftp, but the problem stays the same.

Any idea how to fix it?

Re download the whole zip file from customers area then re upload that js file.
