Won't fix RTL - Tooltip overflow in Installed Add-ons block

This tooltip should be flipped

This is the same orientation in LTR, though the browser will wrap then. Flipping in RTL would give other undesired effects. This is also pretty specific to the length of the add-on ID, combined with the length of the version ID. As such, I'm not planning on making a change here.
