Duplicate RTL Comma Missing In Phrases

The comma symbol used in RTL languages is different than the one used in English. I don't see a way to accomplish this change. I was expecting a phrase that can allow to override the default comma. An example where I need it is the block of online members separated by comma (which doesn't look good if most of those names are in an RTL language and the text is aligned to left).

Also, it will be nice to have more than one type of commas to be used as separator. For example, while adding participants in a conversation, it is tedious to change the keyboard language to input just a separator. There may be many more places of course.

It is more like suggestion rather than a bug report. Please move it to appropriate forum if not suitable here.
