RSS Help(not a bug)

How do I make it so that it grabs posts from other RSS links and posts it on my XenForo forum?

I'm not sure why you marked this as (not a bug) but then posted it in the bugs forum anyway.
I have moved it to general support.

The RSS feeder application is in the ACP -> Applications -> Registered Feeds

If you associate your forum account with your customer account then you will also be able to post in the customer forums.
