RSS Feeds very slow.

When subscribing to a nodes RSS feed; the updates are received by my google reader very slowly. Meaning almost an hour from the new threads/posts. Is there anything I can do to speed this up?

Perhaps im missing some options/settings?

Nope; all my other rss feeds are working perfectly fine, just the xenforo one isnt.

Readers must poll their feeds. There is always an interval between polls. Presumably your reader lets you set the interval.
