XF 1.3 Route filters

Need to ask something about the route filter i have just imported the data from the vbulletin 3.6 to the xenforo and want to ask something about the links

earlier i was getting the link was :: http://www.example.com/forum/new-member-introductions/index11.html
and now i am getting :: http://example.com/forum/forums/new-member-introductions.18/

earlier i was getting the link was :: http://www.example.com/forum/new-member-introductions/29895-hey-beerwah.html
and now i am getting :: http://example.com/forum/threads/hey-from-beerwah.29895/

PLease provide some suitable answer and also tell me how to use route filters

Route filters aren't really for changing URLs like you are proposing. You should setup redirects to the new URLs. (You can use route filters to modify the URL, but only using information available in the URL already. They are an advanced feature.)
