As a new user to XenForo, I'm browsing the Styles/Themes available, and I'm being picky right now because of low available funds. It would be nice if I could filter based on the price of something. I think most other websites I've used have this sort of functionality, and the Resource Manager accepts payments, this should be a core feature
For example, I know I want Light/Dark options, and I want Collapsible Nodes functionality built in. As I understand it, these would be Custom Fields. Consumers should have a way to quickly filter out options they aren't interested in. I understand that people won't purchase something if they don't know about it, but as cool as somebody's Skin/Style/Theme may be, if it doesn't support the features I'm interested in, I'll pass anyway.
