A lot of users nowdays post with a mobile device and somehow have their images rotated. They see that but post anyway. It would be nice if they can easily rotate the image.

Rotate image by user before pressing post thread

Old thread, I know, but found this because of ongoing recurring issues with improperly rotated images on our forum.
In Chrome and Safari (only browsers I have) on my iPhone X, the file size reduction issue mentioned above causes portrait photos to be improperly oriented every time. I have now edited the "or_click_here" phrase as well. I know it's not a XF issue, but it feels like the warning should be included in XF out of the box knowing that a platform half of the users have can cause a known issue. (Thanks, btw @leebo!)
Regardless, XF has the option to resize the image built-in, having a rotation option would forever fix this as well.
