Add-on RM - Require other resources for this resource

I'm wondering if there's an addon for this one.

What would the resource do exactly?

It's already possible to do a check for other add-ons when installing an add-on.

I mean like a widget on the resources page that lets the resource owner specify which other resources are needed for this resource to work.

Yes; users would be able to either paste links or (if I have the time for this) search for the resources they want to link to.
