Add-on reward good members and take off points

Can we reward good members that don't take any warnings for xx months and take off some warning points?

So te me the criteria would be 2:

1) not a banned user
2) user has NOT received a warning for 6/9/12 months

then the user qualified to get a reduction of his points of 2 for example

You can set your points to expire after how ever many months you want.

Lemme give an example:

user: bluesky has 100 points and gets banned ok?

if I let the system expire 10 points after 1 year, means bluesky will get his ban off
