Not a bug Responsive: Inbox and Alerts are hidden in RTL, but visible in LTR

Edit: no real issue here, I did a wrong test. This report can be closed.

I've noticed that in some cases, the links Inbox and Alerts are hidden in RTL, while there is enough space to display them. These links are visible with the same conditions in LTR language.

I've created an image that demonstrate the problem.
The used username for the testing is: Moshe
Screen width: 300px
Browser: Firefox

(The issue discovered with safari in iOS, but for the screenshots I've used firefox)

You can test with english language, just set the language to be RTL.

I might be mistaken with the reason for this issue, but you can know from the screenshots that there is enough space for displaying the Inbox and Alerts. I'm not sure what the exact circumstances.

How could I forget, I didn't took these phrases into account while testing the issue
